Yum Yum, I have a serious addiction to lentils, I think it started when I was a poor student and I couldn’t afford to eat meat very often, I have made hundreds of lentil variations, so many in fact I actually never thought I would eat them once I had a job and money, but here I am still eating lentils, although I must admit it is a more sophisticated combination these days, this one pot creamy spinach lentil dish looks amaze, it is on the menu for tonight’s dinner….
