Thanks to Winnie I have a lovely jar of marmalade that is never going to get eaten, apparently someone doesn’t like marmalade anymore. Well, when I found this marmalade and rosemary baked ham recipe I knew where all that marmalade was going, on a delicious leg of ham. I have had a few people ask me about baking hams and the trick is basting, baste your ham every 20 mins, it is a lot of back an forth and potential burnt hands but when you eat a delicious baked ham it is all worth it….
